Employment Opportunities
JDG Associates, Inc. is seeking experienced, certified EEO contractors with a minimum of five years experience in conducting federal EEO investigations, counseling, mediation, and writing final agency decisions. You must have extensive knowledge of Title VII, the ADEA, theInvestigator Requirements: You must have 5 years experience in investigating EEO complaints for the federal government at the GS-9 level or above. You must have conducted fifteen investigations in the last two years in lieu of the 5 years experience. You must have the ability to complete a case within 30-45 days in top quality format (substance, spelling, grammar), and may be required to obtain federal agency security clearances for specific Agency assignments. Private sector and state work will be considered, but cannot be substituted for federal experience. Counselor Requirements: You must have 5 years experience in providing EEO counselor duties for the federal government at the GS-9 level or above; collateral duty counseling is also acceptable. You must have conducted fifteen counseling assignments in the last two years in lieu of the 5 years experience. You must have the ability to complete a case within 30 days in top quality format (substance, spelling, grammar). Please provide the number of successful resolutions. Mediator Requirements: You must have 5 years experience in mediating employment conflict and two years minimum in mediating EEO complaints. Please provide the number of successful resolutions.FAD Writer: You must have 5 years experience in EEO, specifically as an investigator or FAD writer. Law degree preferred but not required. Certification: All Investigators and Counselors are required to complete the 32 hour training (if applicable) and maintain annual 8-hour recertification. We welcome former EEO investigators/supervisors/compliance managers from all federal agencies, including EEOC and OFCCP, as well as former EEO and MSPB administrative judges. EEO investigators for private entities, state and local governments and employment law attorneys are welcome, but must have completed training on federal EEO regulations and processes and have the experience requirements listed above. Current federal employees are also welcome, but must provide a letter from the agency indicating permission has been granted to conduct contract EEO services.
