John D.
Gonzalez, President & CEO of JDG Associates, Inc., has over twenty years
experience in matters pertaining to diversity and economic inclusion. Mr.
Gonzalez is a recognized community leader and authority on small and
minority business development.
Mr.
Gonzalez’s accomplishments include: Leadership San Antonio; Elected Delegate
White House Conference on Small Business; Entrepreneur of the Year, San
Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; and 100 Most Influential Hispanics in
the Nation by Hispanic Business Magazine. Mr. Gonzalez is a frequent
contributor to national publications and a guest lecturer/presenter on
programs pertaining to the growth and development of small, minority, and
women owned businesses.
Donna S.
Gonzalez, Senior Vice President and co-owner of JDG Associates, Inc.,
has helped create one of the largest companies in the nation specializing in
equal employment opportunity and civil rights.
Ms.
Gonzalez has over twenty years experience in managing local, state, and
national projects for the public and private sectors. Ms. Gonzalez is
responsible for the daily operation and management of JDG Associates. Her
pioneering vision has led JDG Associates to become a leader in combining our
EEO products and services with technology.
Andrea
M. Garza, Vice President, Business Development has been with JDG
Associates, Inc. since 2001.
Over the
last few years, she has worked in each of our service divisions. Ms.
Garza’s understanding of our business and customer needs, in addition to her
organizational skills and unique insight have led to the creation of a
division exclusively for business development and outreach services. Her
responsibilities include promoting the visibility of the firm in new markets
within the public and private sector; developing and strengthening business
opportunities; development of proposals, bids, and presentations; and
research and analysis. Ms. Garza
is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Roland
Cavazos, J.D., Manager of Investigative Services, is responsible for
maintaining the day-to-day operation of our EEO Division.
As the
primary liaison for our public sector customers, he works closely with
agency personnel in civil rights and equal opportunity offices at the
departmental and regional levels. He is responsible for overseeing and
monitoring the smooth and timely completion of all EEO assignments while
ensuring compliance with customer work specifications. His
innovative ideas and dedicated work ethic have contributed to the
streamlining of our internal processes and enhanced our customer service and
support.
Mary
Ann Cantor, J.D., Senior EEO Professional, has a long history with JDG
Associates, Inc. Originally an independent contractor, Ms. Cantor officially
joined JDG in 1999.
Ms. Cantor is a graduate
of George Washington University and the University of Baltimore Law School.
Her expertise in equal employment opportunity spans a twenty-five year
period, and includes working as an EEO Investigator and Enforcement
Supervisor for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Her in-depth
understanding of EEO regulations and directives contribute to her success as
an EEO professional and mentor for staff and contractors. Ms. Cantor’s
commitment to enriching the quality of our services and educational programs
is unsurpassed and contributes to our success and achievement.
Will
Wiggins, Director
of Technology Services, is a
certified technology professional with over twenty years experience
delivering software and hardware solutions to the public and private
sector.
Mr. Wiggins’ vision to transition JDG
Associates to a technology-driven EEO service firm has been positively
received by our customers. He has been instrumental in applying new ideas to
our services and provides training on the use of our technology to
customers. Mr. Wiggins currently serves on the Cisco
Advisory Board for Northwest Vista College in San Antonio and has served on
local boards for The Association for Information and Image Management.
